My GOD that helped so much D8
I made a new journal CSS for my friend and it's like..three times more advanced than my current one *has no theme ideas for hers*.
I have one question though. How do you change the colors for a scrollbar? I just...I don't know the codes or don't know where to put them in. A little help would be much appreciated! It'll be the final touch on this and then I can sleep D8

Modifying scrollbars does just work for IE, so most of the people that come across a certain site or a journal won't see them styled anyway. But if you still want to change them, take a look at this: [link]

But I have a question. I think I may overlook something that I searched for the size of journal. It seem I can't find it. So, I ask you a question: what is a size (##h x ##w) for journal skin?

There is no universal size for it. If you want to be safe create a journal with a width of 450px. That can be seen by every person no matter what resolution then.
But the height depends on the content. You shouldn't limit it. Usually journals change their sizes with the resolution everyone uses, so no restricted journals work best. Hope that was helpful!
