This series of tutorials greatly helps me, it gives me a lot more confidence than I had before. (: One of the best and literal ones I've found so far; I really love that you actually went through several phases of the process and showed/told us how you did it.
After I take a trip to my local Michaels to invest in some Bristol and a larger selection of Prismas I'll definitely be coming back to reference this. ^^

This is the -first- tutorial I have ever read that actually was made thorough and well enough that I have the confidence to go try the techniques without staring at it the whole time for reference! Thank you!

I just have a quick question on this, since I have been using a technique similar to this lately, and since you use this for many of your images, I been wondering.

Whenever I wet Bristol to do my washes, and complete those washes, the paper, of course, warps. And while Bristol is thick and can take a lot of wetness, that doesn't stop the warping process. I was wondering how you got around that snag, and what works best for you. Right now, we have a heat press in the drawing studio at college, and that seems to work fairly well at flattening it down. But since I'm not always at my University, do you have any other remedies for that?

I know you uploaded this tutorial a while ago, but I've been looking at it and realized you use Bristol smooth, as I do. How do you manage watercolors on it? When I tried to use watercolors on smooth, they just slipped all over the page, didn't soak in like they would with watercolor paper. And even though I taped my paper down, the paper ended up a bit wrinkled and warped :S Have you just had enough experience dealing with this so it doesn't happen to you? Or do you stretch the paper?
