I've been wanting to draw a Tairen High Lady for a long time - Tairens are among my favourites of the Wheel's peoples.Don't ask me why she turned out looking sad - she just did. My friend thinks it's because she was secretly in love with High Lord Darlin and she's upset that he's with Caraline Damodred now, lol.

I used coloured pencils - I'm not as good with colour as with just plain pencil, but I'm trying my best.

It's funny but I always think it's strange when people say they like the Tairens (Except High Lord Darlin, who is made of awesome...and their names all end in "mon" which makes me think they are really digimon in disguise)...they're like my least favorite next to the Children of the Light (faiiiil.) and the Seanchan. I think that's what's so fantastic about WoT though...you can form these kinds of opinions about these ridiculously real cultures. Oh Robert Jordan <3

I can see why people don't like the Tairens - they're among the most arrogant (surpassed only by the Seanchan I think!), they're scheming and manipulative. But I can't help it - I just like the scheming bastards! 
And, like you said, Darlin is made of awesome (though I used to dislike him when he was rebelling against Rand, lol)

I like Julin too, except for the whole Amathera thing because that's kind of...awkward. Actually, maybe just don't like Amathera, haha

Yeah, the thing about Tairens and Aes Sedai annoys me too. But eh.
I think it's Siuan's fault about the fishing bit.

Eh, Darlin is alright. Not anything too spectacular. But I'm not sure who I'd go for, though. Gawyn used to be my choice before he became a prick...But I think I am leaning more towards Mat now, for some odd reason. He always tries to play the hero, however much he argues against it.

There's SO many men to choose from in the Wheel, I can't say I've got one favourite, because I just can't pick just one!
But Mat is awesome - plus he's evolved SO MUCH since the beginning, where he was such an inconsiderate brat.

Most probably Brown. I adore Greens, but I'm not dynamic enough to be a Green - nor a Blue. Red is completely out of the question, as is White - as I'm not very logical either, lol. Brown would probably be ideal for bookworm, history-and-mythology-loving me. Or perhaps Yellow, because I think I'd love helping others.
Would you go for Green?

Green or Brown. Brown for the bookworm, Green for the adventures. lol. White is out of the question for me, too. As well as Red. Yellow is...idk. I'm not a Healer, as much as I am like Nynaeve in attitude. And Blue is a little too...Secretive? I don't know how to describe it. Blue lifestyle would be far too complicated for me.

Lol. I just started reading it Saturday night for the first time. My fiance bought it for me when he came to visit, but I didn't want to read while I was trying to spend time with him. A new college term started for me today, so I'm going to have to read quickly before I get hounded by homework. Halfway through in two days isn't too bad a pace, though. Lol. I'm dying to see more of your visual interpretations of characters. You're so skilled at it.

I'm usually faster than that, but I also took a 3-day-break while visiting my boyfriend (otherwise I'd be like 'hmmm? what honey? yeah, just let me read a bit more...' LOL).
I wanna draw Mat. But it'll probably be a while, because he's hard for me to pin down, if I can say it that way. For the time being, Min is next, then Narishma, then maybe Egwene.

No, I don't like Min either. But I feel like I have to draw her, if only because without having her, Rand would be completely and utterly stark raving insane by now, and would have fallen into the Dark One's grasp completely.
We've got to at least give her that.
