The Fool, from Robin Hobb's The Tawny Man trilogy. He's one of my favourite characters of all time, I was so sad when I reached the end of the books!and just in case anybody wondered (because it's been pointed out to me it looks like him), no, I didn't base him on Legolas. Maybe it's the hair...?

You have very interesting takes on these characters, they are different in my head, but these are very close. Looks nothing like Legolas for the record. Too severe, too light and no pointy eyebrows.
