Description
Humble beginnings. The whole tree drawing series started with a little drawing that I don't seem to be able to find but this etching came from that drawing. It is the same just mirror reversed because of the etching.
The next was the watercolour " Tree of Life " then all the others seem to follow on from there.

I'd almost overcome my fear of heights to climb that.

Stunning - really captured the poetry in the detail - wonderful, mythic image.

i like this one too, beautiful textures. really crazy how the foreshortening works in here, unreal. hmm, reminds me of peter pan
how big is it?
probably the mirror reversed version is better!

It's only about 12in high, I have a small press.
The foreshortening is all wrong it was the only way I could make it work, it's a bit Esher. but then I'm an artist I can do what I want. lol

I lvoe this one, not just because the detail is awesome and I dig black and white art, but because you can't see all the steps, but you have to keep climbing. Very cool, mate.

Beautiful!!!: I love etching. I did it in school for a term and wished I could continue, maybe in a near future.

Thanks K, I love it to, this one is done with nitric acid a very bad acid it is so dangerous but works very well, they would never use it in a school.

Thanks Tanja, it's the stark black and white that makes it look creepy, almost night time looking.
