Description
Melotine asked for some help on what color scheme a charmander at night would have, so I quickly made a tutorial/reference thing for itI figured it might also help some other people so here it is.Β
Hope it helps! ^^

Valid points, but if I may ask. Why not black to shade with? I thought that was the traditional color to shade with.Β

Oh, that's because straight black is actually pretty rare to find! Colors are always being reflected and emitted by objects, so the shadows are affected. Also, black is just a generally boring color to shade in XD
I'd suggest reading this, which explains everything better :'DΒ

Thanks, I didn't know about usingΒ certain colors to shade. When you shade, do you use a darker color similar to the color that's in the light.
