Personality: By appearances, Ryn is dismal and drab, constantly tired and, half the time, actually asleep. She rarely smiles and she maintains an appearance that projects boredom and disinterest. That said, she's not particularly dreary in personality--while not precisely upbeat, she is generally optimistic and doesn't behave too negatively. Her problem is simply that she's too tired to function most of the time, so none of her actual traits...really come across. In fact, she mostly seems like she's being sarcastic, due to legitimately earnest statements paired with a bored expression. This makes it very difficult to discern when she's actually being a little sarcastic and when she's just speaking normally.

Brief Bio: The child of a couple of fairly successful shopkeeps, Ryn was always a very sleepy child and usually didn't get up to much. She seemed so unmotivated that her parents began to dig up things for her to do in an attempt to knock some energy into her. Despite best attempts, all Ryn seemed interested in was gardening and falling back asleep. As a last ditch effort, they suggested she go to Skyloft and join the academy, and with thoughts of verdant locales in mind, Ryn agreed. She's not thrilled about the whole academy thing, but she's willing to try if it'll put her in a place where she can actually grow things.

OTHER NOTES:
-I figure I should be specific about her sleep issues. She has hypersomnia (quite tired all day--can fall asleep often and take spontaneous naps in weird places, but she doesn't do so against her will like with narcolepsy) and somnambulism (sleep walking! mostly just when she's sleeping at night). Some additional side effects include speaking very slowly and some memory issues.

EDIT: Personality updated now that I've RP'd her and gotten a better handle on her.

My computer's still down, so I can't get to my existing files. In the meantime, I guess...I'll just keep doing what I can on Will's computer.
