It is actually rather disgusting that there are some people who are so oblivious and delusional that they would DARE to compare that swine-shit, Barack Obama, to a man of such integrity as Martin Luther King, Jr. There is NO SIMILARITY between these two men. Martin Luther King, Jr. fought and gave his life for truth and equality. Obama is just a immoral arrogant hypocritical low-life back-stabbing boot-licking lying shit stain who has done nothing but deceived, misled, corrupted, and wiped his ass with the Constitutional rights he took an oath to uphold! These men are NOT similar by any stretch of the imagination.Frankly, if Dr. King was alive today he would probably be disgusted that the first "black president" of the United States was elected not because of his character but because of his skin color...and don't pretend like that isn't the only significant reason he was elected. Often during elections people vote for candidates based upon petty unsound reasoning like political parties and false promises anyway...throw a distraction like race into the mix and people just lose track of everything which is important. Political Parties and ethnic background are not important, the content of a person's character is!

I see a great deal of people attempting to state that this is not art, but the nature of art resists concrete definition. This reminds me of Marcel Duchamp and the readymades he created. It seems a great deal of people are still under the idea of "retinal" art.
To me it is very difficult to argue that this is not art purely from the amount of discussion and emotion it evokes. Even if the goal of art was just to get noticed, then this particular work is a success. There is a lot of "technically-excellent" art in this work, things that anyone asked would agree that it is art, that will never evoke a response like this.
It seems to me that the artistic value of it was never truly in question, but rather if one agrees with it or not.Β

Precisely what I try to convey with pieces like this. People are quick to cry racism these days, but the problem today is not racism; its reverse racism. Over-sensitive minorities shout "racism" when they have a conflict with whites, and whites become so fearful of being racist until they become racist by either kissing someone ass because they're a different skin color or they infringe upon other people's freedom of expression because they consider their message "racist".

What has he done? How about lied, cheated, broken nearly every promise he made, wiped his ass with the constitutional rights of the American citizens, abused our military men, harassed political and religious groups that oppose him, and persecuted honest men that speak the truth which makes his lies all that more plain for all to see. On the contrary, Deviantart is pretty much Facebook for artists, and art has always been a medium for expressing one's personal views, be they political or otherwise, and what you consider hateful is merely me being honest about the things I see and how corrupt and warped society has become.
