For those who haven't yet seen them, these are the symbols for use in Neo Redux. All 18 official types are represented, plus Cosmic, Sound, Light, and Cyber (respectively, on the bottom). They were included merely because they are some of the most commonly requested "fan-types," and I was asked to create symbols for them.
Don't ask me what the type matchup for those types would be, either. I haven't thought about it, and since they aren't types that I necessarily agree with, I don't really plan to!
I did alter the "official" colors to those more of my liking.
UPDATE 12/9/11:
Dragon symbol is now the official Dragon-type TCG symbol found in the upcoming Dragon Selection set.
UPDATE 5/23/13:
With the new Fairy-type Pokémon appearing in Pokémon X/Y, I decided to create a symbol for the type, based on Sylveon's bow.
HUGE UPDATE 6/1/13:
I've decided to completely update the way the symbols are presented (a bit more stylized). The names of the types are now found underneath the symbols as well. Bird-type has been removed in this version. Please download for full-view!
UPDATE 6/11/13:
Looks like Fairy-type is real! The new Eeveelution, Sylveon, is confirmed Fairy, and Jigglypuff, Marill, and Gardevoir have Fairy added onto their original types. Another new Pokémon, Flabébé, has also been shown (pure Fairy).
UPDATE 8/21/13:
Updated with the official Fairy-type symbol.
UPDATE 8/24/13:
New Cosmic and Light symbols.

You should keep the fairy type, even if it may not be an actual Pokemon type.
However, I'm really starting to think that Fairy WILL be an actual type.

Yeah, coming up with symbols is pretty fun...I've gone through many sets for the non-TCG types, but I'm finally happy with these.

lol yeah the icon for the type itself can be hard to decide on, might be why Pokemon was all like "hmmm... Dragon type... we could use Dratini's silhouette since its the first dragon in the Pokedex..." lol

If I am not mistaken what is left from the symbols is "Bug", "Rock", the New "Ground" and "MissingNo", right? I know that you will make the "Bug", "Rock" and the New "Ground" in due time but what I wanted to ask is: "Are you going to make a MissingNo Energy Card as well?"

Are you going to make the new Ground Energy card any time soon? can't wait to see it. This drill came out pretty well. Also the colour of the symbol here is brown. Are you going to change the colour of the Energy Card to brown as well?

The color of the Ground symbol here is similar to some of the other types in that I used the card background of Ground-types to base the color here, while the brown Energy symbol is different to provide some contrast. The Energy card will stay as-is, as it is uses colors of both the color here as well as the Energy symbol.

While I understand them simplifying the TCG (having too many Energy types would be RIDICULOUS!), I DO wish they had at least created official symbols for all types for use in other media (VG, anime, spin-offs, etc.) Would've been cool!

Not all of them are official -- only Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, Psychic, Fighting, Normal, Steel, Dark, and Dragon are. The others were made up for Neo Redux.

I've always wondered if there's a Dark type there should be a Light type though the Pokemon Universe make a quasi Light Type that is Psychic or Normal types depending on the Pokemon match up and storyline.
Bird type Pokemon are all Flying type Pokemon who are based on birds meaning Bird types are the same Normal/Flying type mix. Did you know that the combination Flying/(another type) doesn't exist (yet) and that the only pure Flying type Pokemon is Tornadus. Flying type in general is underrated.
Cosmic type, well that would be all alien (or suspicion of alien) Pokemon like: Clefairy (meaning Cleffa and Clefable as well), Lunatone, Solrock, Deoxys, Jirachi, Claydol and any pokemon who can learn Cosmic Power naturally.
Sound type... mmm that type fits Pokemon how have the Soundproof ability or those who are asociated with music and singing like Jigglypuff and Chatot.

In regard to that comment, I will direct you to a previous post I've made multiple times...
Missingno., a glitch in the original R/B games, is dual Bird/Normal type. Evidently Bird was the prototype of Flying. For more explanation, check out the Bulbapedia article on Missingno.: "[link] " and the Bulbapedia article on Bird type: "[link] (type)#Bird"
