Description More of the Old Work. As you can see, these date from back in 98. I'd just started reading Brian Jacques Redwall and its prequel Mossflower, and I drew these out in an old sketchbook. I lost interest in the Jacques books, but I still kinda like these old roughs.

Gave 'em a little digital fiddle and added the usual texture (I gotta get a new one scanned) and here you go. Actual drawings are just no. 2 pencil on smooth paper.

I'd love to see more sometime. I'm a huge fan of Redwall and your artwork along with are THE BEST interpretations I have ever seen.

It's kind of you to offer, but I'm afraid I'm already bought and paid for. Between the full-time work at Vigil and what little side work I've kept, I'm not able to take on any more projects.

Be wary of the licensing concerns involved. If you're not associated with Nelvana or Hutchinson/Philomel, you set yourself up for a C&D.

Really like this Been an avid fan of Redwall since 03, really hoping someone could capture the 'not-so-cutsey' look that entails the characters' abilities to chop heads, etc. The sea-rat and otter are AWESOME! And that toad reminds me of something....
