A human turned dragon. I think that a good example an animorph (if anyone can recall what those are anymore) that turned into a dragon and stayed that way.

Anything that a typical dragon would have. Flight (by means of wings), fire and ice breath, dragon senses. In a addition to that, they have a few survival mechanisms: the Hypersonic Roar and (For Talon and Sivara exclusively) Mental Connection.
The Hypersonic Roar is basically what is stated. It is a roar that passes beyond the boundaries of typical sonics and can throw anything in its path a few hundred yards or so at about 50+ mph. The Mental Connection basically unifies the minds of Talon and Sivara, allowing them to coordinate their attacks with extreme precision.

Yes, she'd be able to take them on quite easily, seeing as how she can phase herself out of reality and no physical attacks would hurt.

Yes. However, while phasing into different planes of reality, she can't attack either, as she would just pass right through the enemy.

bah, the roleplay takes place in modern day, good luck even finding concepts of that technology. And how on earth would you disrupt reality phasing? Theres no possible way, not unless you know how it works...

Star Trek does it all of the time. It is actually one of the more plausible Sci-Fi's out there.
Plus, Nanotech cells are something I came up with. It is basically a computer that functions like a cell, even down to the specialization of cells. Some could be armor. some could form the barrel of a plasma cannon, and some could form the components to fire and arm the weapon.

Ha, Star Trek is the most plausible what? Sci Fi? That's like saying "Oh good, I've got syphilis, the best of the sexually transmitted diseases!"
Not an insult, just a metaphore...
But if your going to try and find a way to disrupt it, then it would be all too easy to counteract your characters flame, ice, and sound attacks.

It seems I have found an opponent that will take more than just brute force and a little technology to defeat.
Oh, and the reason why Star Trek is the most plausible Sci-Fi out there is because scientist are experimenting with moving space around an object. If you don't mind me geeking out for a moment, that is how the warp drive works in the shows.
Just thought I'd give a reason to the point.

You need not explain it to me, I understand it very well, even if I don't understand HOW it warps space around the craft, I do know that it does so. It moves on a wave of space and time doesn't it? Makes it smaller in the front and larger and the back, and pulls space around the ship to move it forwards.
