Description
In a photo booth in Paris a young woman named Amelie Poulin takes pictures of herself in a Zorro costume as part of her strategy to find happiness with Nino. It all makes perfect sense to a shy and introverted person such as her.Being a shy person myself I can relate to Amelie's quest and the mental stress it can bring as well. Therefore she's the perfect subject for a digital painting portrait.
This was competely airbrushed in photoshop using layer and vector masks as well - and obviously - the smudge tool as well as other doohickeys in Adobe Photoshop. This was my first attempt at doing some realistic digitial painting, I think I'll get better as I go on.
The face could use more definition and is rather bright, I'll worry about that in my next attempt though.
