Err-- I think that would be easiest to draw in Photoshop, and I don't have Photoshop. xD

Yes, definitely!
I can convert the tools to brush settings in photoshop.
Make sure opacity jitter is on for all.
Airbrush tool in SAI = soft round brush 0% hardness
Watercolor tool in SAI = soft round brush 65-70% hardness
Pencil tool in SAI = hard round brush 90-95% hardness
Pen tool in SAI = hard round brush 100% hardness
