Piece done for Fantasy Flight Games' new "Star Wars: Age of Rebellion" Roleplaying core book! I like to imagine that Luke is protecting Echo Base from a whole army of Wampas.

it was for Game Cube, I asked you cause in the Hoth level (I played a demo so maybe there are more in the official game) you start when Luke's Snowspeeder is damaged by one Imperial AT AT and you have to use a Cable to climb three of them, use your lightsaber to open a hatch and destroy them with a grenade, then you have to mount one Tauntaun and be guided by another Rebel official to defend one spaceport of Echo base from a Stormtrooper squadron an AT STs using a cannon, and after you do all that and aboard your X-Wing and defend a transport from Tie Fighters and Bombers

In the book "Darksaber", Luke really DID defend the abandoned Echo Base against an army of wampas, led by the one whose arm he'd cut off years ago!

Rob Caswell and other artists from the 90's inspired me throughout my childhood. I guarantee, as awesome as your art and the art done by other artists hired by FFG for their Star Wars products is, it will inspire a whole new generation of fans. 
Also, lightsaber-wielding Wampas would be awesome, but what about the force of lightsaber-wielding Taun-Tauns that the Rebels surely had in reserve? I mean, I hear they have purple lightsabers. Purple!

Thank you very much for the kind words! I was always blown away by Hugh Fleming's Star Wars posters and comic covers as a kid in the 90s, thinking, "There's no way I could do anything as cool as this!" I still think that. But if I've inspired even just one kid out there with my work the way he inspired me, then I'm incredibly humbled.
As for lightsaber-wielding Taun-Tauns, the Rebels did try that. But for reasons unknown, the Taun-Tauns couldn't seem to anything with them except accidentally disembowel themselves - which is what inspired Han Solo to create the Taun-Taun sleeping bag seen in Episode V. Useful, to be sure. But not really in the ways you would want.

Well, I'm sure I'll enjoy looking at them. And I'm pretty sure I'll be able to pick out which ones you painted.
BTW, it's great that most of the guys working on the art in FFG's games and the older games I used to play are on DA. I really like being able to tell you I love your work without having to chance that you'll be at a con I'm attending or trying to make my schedule coincide with that con.

Can we just give all the wampas lightsabers instead? Hahaha. OH! Or have a bunch of AT-ATs carrying payloads of lightsaber wielding wampas! I mean I definitely think the Empire could have been more creative with their offensive strategies.
