Description
During the Apprentice storyline, Robin was made to become Slade's apprentice in exchange for letting his friends live. He threatened the lives of the team and family he worked to build on his own. In his desperation, Robin turned to Gotham for help, but most importantly, he turned to Alfred Pennyworth. While Robin at this time wasn't in the best of terms with his former mentor, he could still turn to The Wayne Family butler for help. With the aid of Lucius Fox, they were able to work on an antidote to destroy the probe detonators inside the Titans' bloodstreams. Even in Robin's darkest time, he was able to turn to the one man he could help his friends in times of parel. However, in the aftermath of Slade's return, he was placed on Batman's radar, permanently.
