I changed the color scheme of the deflector on the bottom one.

I'd honestly go with the upper of the two deflectors.
Everything in the pre-TOS was meant to be a little curvy and super retro sci-fi in it's vibe.
The lower of the two deflectors is too overly complicated for it to blend well with the rest of the era's looks.

True, but this isn't an entirely pre-TOS design. It is meant to be a pre-TOS refit of a post-ENT refit of an ENT-era ship using components from the early Constution-class development program. That's why it's deflector is based on Gabe Koerner's design. I see that as the original Constitution design.

Haha, yeah, I never really consider the typical "Pre-TOS" stuff to be canon where everything is some round ball with sticks, Pre-TOS to me is just post-ENT with some new upgraded parts. And you captured that excellently.
