I re-vamped his design a little bit.

Also for those of you who dont get what he means by hes the demon of "Nightmares"
Well simply put.
He is a demon who takes the form of your greatest fear. He finds greater pleasure in scaring his victims and paralyzing them rather than torturing or killing them.
Also for anyone who will say "I dont have a fear! Therefore he cannot hurt me!" well...Think to yourself. What is something that would break you if you saw it? A loved one being brutally murdered? He can mimic that. A situation in which you yourself have a gun held to your head? He can do that too. Fear of being buried alive? Childs play! Spiders? Oh dont get me started!
This may seem like an over powered quality but...he is a demon...thats not exactly a weak creature. However funny enough his real talent is blacksmithing!
Also: He won the popular vote of who I need to draw more of. So...Let me know if you still want to see him!
Edit: Also I should probably mention...I dont actually think Nether Storm is "sexy" I just say that because I like drawing him. Its always a fun challenge ^^
Edit 2: Also changed his hair to just black and edited his horns a bit.

inferno seems unamused by the unknown pony. "does it matter why I'm aquaphobi-" she stops herself too late. the demon knows her weakness now.

Nether Storm smiles and the scenery changes to that of a raging sea.

inferno reacts immediately, flying straight up and coating herself in a thick layer of flames. "calm down inferno, calm down. its just... not real!" she says to herself, trying to calm down. but it doesn't work, she's scared as hell. oh celestia, make it stop! please! her eyes are shut tight, trying to block out the sight of her worst nightmare.

A giant wave raises and crashes onto Inferno dragging her under.

after a while, steam rises from where inferno was dragged under. a reddish glow comes from that same spot, and eventually a lava bubble emerges, probably containing inferno. it rises a few feet above the surface of the water, then pops. inferno emerges from the bubble, blank-eyed, and shoots a stream of lava at the demon. "NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SENT TO MY KINGDOM FOR PUNISHMENT!!!"
(you probably overdid it if she says that. and it's best not to make her any madder, 'Γ§ause the punishments in the volcano pony kingdom can be pretty harsh sometimes.)

The demon laughs as the bolt goes through him and he disappears in a cloud of smoke. The water rises higher and rages the lava pony under again and this time when she tries to get back up it feels like a tendril of water is dragging her deeper.
(Nether Storm is only a "Figment of the imagination" he has no physical body)

inferno attempted to form a heat field, but all she could get was a small bubble of heat forming over her muzzle. close enough, I need to get this demon off me taking a deep breath, inferno screamed "I GIVE UP!!! WHAT DO YOU WANT, DEMON?!?!?!"

The scenery melts away and you end up standing in the middle of the forest. Exactly where you met the demon.

"alright demon, you've had your pleasure. it's my turn." inferno growled, her fear turning into anger when she realized the scenery had turned back

Nether Storm reappears before you "I have a name you know.

"then tell me what it might be if you want proper recognition." inferno growls, knowing it might be another sort of trap.

He laughs "My name is Nether Storm. Bound guardian of the demonic plane of tartarus but drifting spirit tied to the mare Metalica Gears."

inferno calms down and introduces herself. "I am princess volcanic inferno of the volcano pony tribe. I am the daughter of king kaliente noblent and queen infernus magmus, also known as king K. no and queen flamagma."
(don't judge me on her parents' names, I made them up on the spot.)

Nether Storm yawns "Sorry is that suppose to mean something to me?"

inferno shrugs. "Just thought I'd introduce myself. bye" she turns around and starts to trot away, but stops. "metalica gears... where have I heard that name before?"
