Dammit, you just made me shoot Diet Coke out of my nose with that gag! That hurts almost as much as sneezing while peeing. My sides are still hurting from laughing! This is some great work!

Not to be too graphic, but the cartoon aludes to the trauma suffered by us guys when we inexplicably sneeze while peeing. Imagine shooting a golfball through a gardenhose at 100 mph. Big pain, I tell you.
