Wow, you put a lot of work into this! I'll be interested to see where it goes.
This may be a nitpicky thing, but I wanted to offer a minor critique; the way you shade the girls' eyes makes them look strangely old. I would eliminate the little bits of shading under each eye and thin out the black lines at the bottom of the eyes as well, it will really make them look younger. (Lines under the eyes are often used in elderly pictures to denote wrinkles or bags.)

Great comic so far but your artstyle makes the ponies look old (mostly the fault of the eye bags and shading on their faces) and very skinny (mostly the fault of the shading because it makes the bones stand out more and the limbs because they are too slim). It isn't bad but it does make the comic pretty distracting to read and considering your other ones were very good, I would miss out much just because of the artstyle.
