i write a fanfic about an OC of mine, who has a little secret, which gives him some badass powers. at highest speed, he can break the sound barrier. however, he can only do so under water (which is nearly five times faster than outside the water). but i gotta say: RD can get 10 times the speed of sound, according to the Death Battle video between Rainbow Dash and Star Scream (go watch it, now).
