Description
Here we have Raspberry Tart, a true villain who always succeeds at committing crimes and making people feel down. She's everything Diana believes she is. The problem? She always feels a need to either One up Diana for attention, or make Diana's life miserable, again, for attention. Despite hating her guts, Raspberry feels a strange need to get Diana's attention, to no avail. In Diana's eyes, she's nothing more than a flimsy background character to HER story, much to Raspberry's dismay. Think of her as a Wile E. Coyote, in a sense that despite being very successful in building ploys and traps up to ruin Diana's day, she somehow has them backfire on her.She dresses very similarly to Diana, as well. She must Really want Diana's Attention.

Pretty much a stalker, yeah XD
The only thing is that Diana, despite trying to do bad, ends up doing good, so she is well liked around town, whereas Rasp is a renown criminal, who only recently changed her look to try and surpass Diana.
