Pretty epic tutorial!
Only question; what layer do you do the hue/saturation on? it wont work!

You select the star layer, and adjust hue/saturation - it should work... what's the problem?

Owww, my cloud filter doesn't works so I had to improvise with the burn tool and it totally sucks! D:
Anyway, I'm sure that if it worked it would be great, thanks for the good tutorial, anyway I couldn't do good stars, I think I suck at doing this

The burn/multiply tool should both work okay, depending on how you do it... practice

Any possibility to make the stars bigger? i am making a picture that i am gonna print out... wich means those small stars just turn black again =/

Try enlarging them. Just select the starry sky part, and do a free transform, and scale it up. Then manually do some touchups. Alternatively, you can manually paint in larger stars.
