This is a cool Pokémon it I feel like it doesn’t really “look” like a Pokémon beyond the style. Doesn’t really mix in multiple concepts into a single consistent creature like how most Pokémon are, and it doesn’t really incorporate the grass typing very well outside of color. I’d suggest using a triceratops as a base and then mix it with other plant related concepts, among other things. I think the same goes for the fire starter too, which doesn’t really look all that unique as it doesn’t really incorporate fire or any other elements and concepts, leaving both these a bit bland. However, I can’t wait to see what you come up with if you do decide to take my advice!

Well, my goal was not to aim for the more complex designs of the later regions but stick closely to the gradual evolution designs of the first 151.
Not all Grass Pokemon have to have plant-like features, just look at the Chespin line, nothing really screams plant about them. Saying that the plants featured here are cacti and have that theme running through them all, shown with the ridges and the spikes (similar to Cacneas). They are based on a range of ceratopsian species and are not based on Triceratops.
The Fire types have open flame tails, so the fact they are fire types is pretty clear and as I explained before, I'm aiming for the more gradual, simplified style of the first gen.

I love the look of these dinosaur fakemon. Seeing stuff like this reminds me of the fact that I wish we could have a game full of "fossil" pokemon.

THis isn cool, I too had a idea for a Triceratops based Grass Starter once. I didnt think of a Cactus tho, I went more for a leafy Headcrest and twisted Vine Horns. Yours is better.

OMG that is AMAZING! I can absolutely see those as real Pokemon. The only difference maybe being the last one would be more elaborate, since they're big on over-doing the details on their starts' final forms. But yours is perfect!
