Heyo everyone!

I hope y'all had a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday! Sorry I haven't been producing any new art for a while 😅. I've been dealing with admittedly the most stressful and unpredictable time of my entire life. It's getting better now though. I've got a new job and I'm ready to get myself back on track! 🎉😁 I'll definitely be focusing on improving my executive functions this new year in order to be more productive. Just know that y'alls support whenever I was posting things has meant the world to me and it's helped me to stay motivated! You're all the best and I thank you all for putting up with my absences.

In order to relieve a lot of the stress I've been dealing with, I made this kinda random anthro character (dragon/kobold) just cause (and to practice anatomy/lighting). I guess his name is Koby for now. As you can probably tell, he's got a punk-ish or sarcastic personality. He can be a bit of a joker/jerk at times but will always try to make it up to others if he's gone to far (tries to do the right thing despite his tough exterior). Enjoys being reckless I imagine. Visually, I think it's a pretty good piece that achieved what I set out for (I'm trying to maintain some of the look from my old techniques while building on new ones). I hope y'all like the piece! If y'all like the character I may do more with him in the future 🤔

Plans

Firstly, this piece was just a break for myself. I have 1 more art trade to finish and I will be getting that done next before I do anything else.

I'll try to make a post later detailing how I've been lately (specifically reasons for my absences) and my plans for this new year. I'll say right now though that I do plan to work on more non-anthro dragons and some mammalian anthros/furries instead of just the scaled kind (I really want to see how they'd look in my current style). We all know dragons are superior but I'd love to have more variety in my work.
