Valon holds his honor as a very high personal standard. He believes it's up to the Leader of any Empire to set an example for his fellow feline to follow. The right thing must always been done and it was Valon's honor as an Empire cat that drove him to help every Empire recover after the sickness.

Valon will do almost anything to protect his image as a fierce and honorable Leader of Air Empire. He has the hardest of times declining fights because he fears looking weak and has a very high drive to prove himself to his Empire. The fear of failure, Valon's greatest fear, stems from this personality trait.

Along with pride and honor come a stubborn streak. Valon won't readily admit he's wrong and has an even harder time accepting ideas that he doesn't agree with. To him, it's either 'agree with me or get out of my way' and he'll have no problems setting you aside to chase his goal. He's learned to repress this trait a bit since becoming Leader but it still shows every once in awhile.

This serval has dreams. At first, that meant striving to be the best fighter in the city coliseums. However, once he had escaped and learned to accept the ways of the Empire, it was all about the climb to the top. Valon would stop at nothing until he had earned the title of Leader, which eventually became a reality.

Valon is one determined feline, both to be the best leader he can possibly be and to help Air Empire thrive but to also defend his home from those wishing to drag him back to the coliseums. Once he has his mind set on a goal, he'll usually follow it through until he either reaches his goal or something breaks. This came be a two way street though and sometimes leads to Valon focusing on one aspect for too long, maybe even borderline obsessive.

Biography:
Valon is an agile serval of EBC's Air Empire. He took over leadership of the empire shortly after leader Azra's mysterious disappearance. He tries to be a honorable leader, giving everyone their fair chance, and especially knows the strengths in keeping an empire together as a unit. After a harsh winter that nearly proved the end to all empires, Valon was the driving force to helping everyone get back on the road to recovery.

Valon posses extreme agility, quick reflexes, and stealth. He's also one of the quickest felines in the forest and can jump nearly 12 vertical feet. However, what he has in speed, he lacks in strength and stamina. Facing a much larger opponent in the open often puts the serval at an extreme disadvantage. He also tires quickly and can't handle long, drawn out conflicts. His best strategy is quick rushes, attacking his opponent quick then backing away before they have a chance to strike. He also uses surprise attacks often.

History:
Before his days in the Empire, Valon was a "pet" of a wealthy coliseum owner on the outskirts of Rome, though he wasn't allowed to rest in the lap of luxury like most favored felines. Valon was forced to battle day after day against animals twice his size just for people's enjoyment. Somehow though, he always seemed to survive through them all.

One night, under the cover of darkness, Valon managed to escape the coliseum through a break in his cage's bars. He ran as quick as his small feet could carry him away from his prison and unknowingly into Air Empire territory. After telling his story and promising to protect his new found companions with his life, he joined the Air Empire as a new Gladiator.

Even though he's managed to escape his former owner, it is said that his pelt carries a heavy reward and bounty hunters will stop at nothing to get their paws on him.

The scars on his face and back leg were caused by a close call in one of the battles from his fighting days. Even though his face scar runs across his left eye, he managed to keep his sight. He dislikes talking about his past, even to those that know him best.

[[Training]] As a prized coliseum fighter back in the city, Valon was trained to be a bloody thirsty killer by the humans and felines of the ring.

When Valon was a young cub, he was often pitted against cats nearly twice his size in hopes of him becoming stronger younger in life...that was, if he lived through the training matches. Despite him being constantly bruised and sore, Valon somehow managed to survive his cubhood and grew into a fierce adolescent. By the time he had reached adult age, Valon was a feared coliseum fighter capable of taking down fully grown lions.

However, as Valon gained skills as a fighter, he quickly realized he needed to shove his feelings aside. Unlike cub Valon, who was steered by his heart, adult Valon lived to fight and nothing more.

Valon received special training when he finally escaped to Air Empire on how to live within a group instead of constantly fighting. If not for that, it's mostly likely Valon would've either killed someone or been killed himself shortly after stepping paw in the Empires

His coat and jewels would bring a nice price on the human market but the fame that would come to any Hunter that caught the "Leader of the Empires" is enough for most.

Instead he substitutes protection for a lighter armor that consists of belts and gloves. This allows him to move around more freely because of the decreased weight.
