I agree in this regard, but couldn't there be a little logic issues? I mean, fucking your sister might hurt her, right? Didn't seem like you specified if it was consensual or not. Also, I'd disagree that all these points could go without hurting someone. Lots of them would, like smoking pot.
I'm only wondering aloud as to what your logic is behind this. The skeletal idea is sound, but I think the points may be a little off.

- firstly cows are imprisoned and their milk is stolen (hurting something)
- then it is transported by truck (potentially people get run over hurting someone)
- then it is packaged (cutting down trees hurting something)
- the CO2 from that and the truck and electricity will affect the environment, years to come (hurting people)
- any plastic used comes from oil which people fight wars over (hurting people)
- sometimes there are manufacturing incidents like in China (hurting people)
- the money you spent could have gone to a charity that could have saved people from hunger (hurting someone)
- the rubbish may affect animals eg. plastic bag in turtle neck (hurting something)

I suppose it goes back to my own definition of 'harm'. I don't believe that killing animals for food is harmful; we're omnivores, we were designed to eat meat. So that argument, to me, is invalid.
I suppose what I meant really was, do whatever you want as long as you have no INTENT to harm others. Anyone can step outside and accidentally harm someone. It happens every day. If you're keeping to yourself and minding your own business, I see no harm in doing anything in that list.

Here's one. It's from Apocalypse now but is based on a true story:
American soldiers went into a village and vaccinated all the children against deadly diseases. Even thought there was a small pain from the shot, the intent was to help them, not harm them.
When they came by the village later, they saw a big pile of children's arms. The villagers had thought the soldiers had tried to poison the children, so they cut off their arms to save them.
Both parties intended to save the children.
So in this case, were both the soldiers and the villagers "innocent" of intending to harm?
