YAY my first tutorial!!I did those feathers in my last deviation and i liked them o_o so i decided to make a tutorial of it. Probly wont be that usefull though ._____. Enjoy~!

I found out a way to use the tutorial with a mouse!

Thats actually not bad for done with a mouse. Drawing with a mouse makes everything harder and look crappier lol. I've also tried drawing with a mouse before I bought a tablet. Believe me, a tablet is way better to draw with.

I am afraid that I do not know how to do this without a tablet, becayse the pressure of the pen is very important to make it 'feathery'. If you want feathers in your drawing you can try to use a feather stock of other people.

It's also named luminosity. Try looking for that option.
