Oh yes, I've seen it. That rifle was used for target practice in the barracks in my neighbourhood. It's a very accurate rifle. I think there is also hunting rifle model of this rifle.

Well, their rifles are selling in Croatia but the profits aren't big because we already have many of Zastava's rifles from the last war and the Government prefers home made rifles.

Yes, but only a small number of rifles are produced. One of their still working companies for production of rifles is "Igman Ammunition". Before the war in BiH there was a profit of 825 million $ from military equipment, today it's only 30 million $. For comparison, profit in 2008 from the military equipment in Croatia was 250 million $ and the profit of Serbia was 300 million $.

Slovenia actually didn't have companies which produced guns. Almost all companies which had produced guns in SFRY where located in Croatia, BiH and Serbia, other republics were insignificant in production of guns. From what I know the only gun that is produced in Slovenia is a modified FN F2000 called "F2000 S" for domestic use (they don't export it). how are the gun laws in both SI and BiH?

In BiH - Automatic rifles are illegal for civilian use, semi-automatic rifles are allowed "if they aren't similiar with automatic rifles", pistols and hunting rifles are allowed also for civilian use but they need a permit which you can get if you are 21 years old and sane.
I don't know much about gun law in Slovenia but I know they have a more liberal law regarding possession of guns. I heard that you can legaly buy trophy weapons, even a machine gun

People say when Croatia becomes a member state of EU that there will be a more liberal gun law like that one in Slovenia. We should end the EU negotiations in June this year, but already some are saying that we won't close all the remaining chapters before autumn. If we end the negotiations by June Croatia will become a EU member state in 2012, but if we end the negotiations in autumn Croatia will enter EU in 2013.

Will Croatia take the Euro or keep the Kuna?

People are divided over that issue. A slight majority (including me) thinks we should keep Kuna while others think we should take Euro. Kuna is a stable curency without big inflation while Euro is used in most of Europe. Time will tell.

Well, the two main parties (HDZ and SDP) are for keeping Kuna. They held more than 2/3 of the seats. They say that the currency issue will be discused few years after we enter EU. But you know the politicians are tricky.

Aren't politicians in all countries tricky? I mean, they promise everything during election campaign, and afterwards they don't do a half of promised.
This parliamentary elections will be first parliamentary elections on which I'll have a right to vote, so of course I'll vote. I don't know yet for which party I'll vote but it definitely won't be HDZ. Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) had becomed a very corrupted party, more corrupted than all other parties put together. All opinion polls in the the last year and a half shows that HDZ will certanly lose the elections, while they predict a total victory of SDP. Personaly, I don't like SDP very much because it's a leftist party. Most likely I'll decide only a few days before the elections.

The Government says that they will be held by the end of this year. It's presumed they'll be held on last sunday of November because the last two elections (2003, 2007) were held on that day.

The trial is over. Sentence for generals Gotovina, MarkaΔ and Δermak will be known on 15th April (one week from now). Everybody hopes it will be a acquittal.

From what I have seen on the official page of ICTFY besides Croats and Serbs there is one case which is in proces of beginning, it's a case of a three Albanians. All other cases have ended, you can see on this list [link] which people were charged and what ethnicity are they.
