Did this as a gift for my brother, for him to put up on his wall at his new apartment at grad school. (It is tradition for me to make him something for every new school-related housing he gets XD) Basically I told him I would draw any character he wanted, add some digital coloring, and then print it on niceynice photo paper for 'im.

He asked for Shinguji Sakura of "Sakura Taisen," a series I know pretty much nothing about except that someone named Shinguji Sakura is in it and she looks like this. u.u; He also asked for me to draw her leaning out of a window. So that's what I did.

(He likes it, and it looks nice on his wall, but man if it didn't eat an entire print cartridge's worth of red ink for all that pink. XD; )
