Netking #5 , head of battle system development and programming. Execk biggest contribution to TOME was the creation of the "Battle Grid" that encases nearly the entire virtual world's landscape. His confidence in his ability to play his own game may come off as a bit abrasive, but he seems like a nice enough guy...but perhaps he's holding back some of his skill for the sake of being polite. He battles by shifting his arm into various machines like a sledgehammer, an air conditioner, a taser and even a flamethrower!

That too.
He just doesn't look all that trustworthy, especially since his TTA counterpart, EXE, was the true mastermind behind the hackers, and made this cheesy villain speech when he got caught by the authorities.
He looks like the kind of guy that would foreclose an orphanage, open a new building in its place, and have said orphans work there in some shady deal for him. That's just what he looks like to me. It doesn't mean that he's really like that.

Maybe He knew of the power before the games release and didn't think anything of it because he didn't think it could actually cause harm to the players I mean who would think a virus could hurt anyone in a video game. Or he was the one who made it but with old fans knowing about the twist from TTA do you think Kirb would use the same twist in this series for the same character.
