My second tutorial... I change the way i colour a lot xD<3 OME I JUST REALISED ONE OF HER ARMS IS REAAALLLYYY LONG LOL..I dont usually like doing these cos it gives people an excuse to copy my stuff lmao. but so many people asked me... ;A;
Im sorry if you dont have these programs, its just MY way of doing it.. so i cant help you if you dont have the same as me ;;

when I do the blurr it makes a grey halo around my drawing do you know what im doing wrong?

you must use a clipping mask on the blurred layer~ <3 so it conforms to the layer below.

How do you color wand-selected areas? Whenever I try that it colors over parts the lines too...

I totally agree with the concept of choosing a slightly different hue for shading; it makes the colors stand out so much more!
