My very first tutorial, well mostly I made for fun (Don't judge me T~T) But i really really hope it's helpful for some of you who doesn't know how to make animated icon.***NOTE NOTE NOTE: To save it as a gif file: File ~> Save for web and devices XD
(Using photoshop cs4)

This is really helpful. Did you use a tablet drawing thingy (sorry I'm new) or a mouse? cause i don't have a tablet thing

I just bought me a tablet recently, i used to use mouse too, its quite hard and slow >~<
using tablet is easier and u can draw better XD If u're into drawing u should get one

OOH i was pencil tool. You right click on the brush tool, then choose pencil XD
