Description EDIT!!!
OK, i found out better ways for hitting the right point for every layer! PS has a filter to move a layer! so you can put the pic at the exact point you want! ^^

EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG! it deleted the whole stuff about the file size and how to change to ImageReady!!!
i'm so sorry, i dunno how this happened! it took so damn long...
tomorrow i'll remake and upload the real version of it!
pls look check it out again then!
EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK! everything should be good now!
if there are still questions left, ask me!

a tutorial for my animated avis!
pretty many asked me how i made them, so i thought it was easier to make a tutorial for you guys! ^^
for the result only look at my avi!

(BTW, don't think bad about me cuz the 'dummies'! i wrote it cuz i'm one on my own and because of that found this method of making avis!)
i quess it's also -or most- usable for beginners...
to explain more stuff i'd have to make another tutorial, eg how to make this kind of animation -> [link]
i'll think about it! ^^

sorry for the wierd tobi at the beginning but i got a tablet and only had to use it!!!
but i'll probably still make the avis the way of this tutorial! ...i would screw them up with the tablet skills i have so far... <.<... >.>

yeah, it's tobi cuz the world loves tobi!!!
the world but a few...

Well, in that case this tut doesn't work. D:
But aside from that you can animate things like this with every animation programm out there. There are plenty ones for free as well.

Hi! This is a great tutorial but I was wondering if you could help me <3
I have all my frames, but when i play the animation, they're all visible at the same time, do you know what i'm doing wrong? I'd appreciate it if you could help me! Thank you!

Kosetsu In reply to Jackmur [2011-06-18 13:58:35 +0000 UTC]

Hnnn~, hard to say what the problem is when I can't see it...
Did you take a look at the window that shows the different layers? You can make each layer visible or invisible for each frame.
My version kept on making layers visible on all frames even though I only clicked it on the first frame. Maybe that's your problem as well. Choose each frame as you like (depending the visible layers) and simply ignore the first frame until you're done. Then you can delete it before you save your animation! ^^

why is your photoshop in a differant language?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kosetsu In reply to soflylikeagoldfish [2011-05-19 13:35:52 +0000 UTC]

Simple: Because I'm German and therefore have a German Photoshop. ^^

I made an avi, but It wont let me use it. It keeps saying "We can't crop animated images." And I keep saying I DON'T WANT YOU TO CROP IT.

Kosetsu In reply to IreneHasCookies [2011-05-01 22:48:31 +0000 UTC]

Where exactly does it say this?
I have the feeling that this sounds quite familiar, but I'm not really sure.

IreneHasCookies In reply to Kosetsu [2011-05-04 03:23:27 +0000 UTC]

Its on the picture on your/my profile that says "Change avatar" with the little pencil.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kosetsu In reply to IreneHasCookies [2011-05-05 21:49:25 +0000 UTC]

The only thing I can suggest you at the moment is to check the settings of the avi. I took a look at your gallery. You want to use the icon you uploaded there, don't you? Check its details, it's 50x51 px wide. You can only upload 50x50 files. DA would need to crop it, but can't.
(Wah, that problem was new to me as well, but it won't be hard to change. ^^ )

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kosetsu In reply to caitycoo [2010-09-26 13:32:43 +0000 UTC]

It comes together with Adobe Photoshop. That may depend on the version, though.

caitycoo In reply to Kosetsu [2010-09-27 20:27:11 +0000 UTC]

i have CS4.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kosetsu In reply to caitycoo [2010-10-02 21:21:59 +0000 UTC]

Check out the window that shows your tools. It may have a small "Image-Raedy-Button" (like shown in my tutorials). If not, another chance is to go to "Window" > "Animation".
It's not like I'm a pro at this, so I don't know about the single versions, but I think CS4 is quite new, so it should work.

Kosetsu In reply to YouZin [2009-10-02 11:53:14 +0000 UTC]

Vielen Dank! Bin froh, dass ich helfen konnte! ^^
