you can do the cleanup in sai with the binary tool but the scale down has to be done with photoshop or any other program with the 'nearest neighbor' option

If I'm using SAI, is there something I should select before re-sizing?
(If it's also 'Nearest Neighbor' then please forgive my ignorance, but where can I find that option?)

Ahh I don't think sai has that option. At least not with my version. But photoshop I know has it for sure.Β
