i use a pentool for extracting ._.
this is a nice alternative though and i might give it a try ^^

this seems to be easier, i always use the clone stamp tool.

I just use colour range, when its a neutral backround, mask it and then that allows the background to show through

you can use trebuchet ms in less size like 10,11,12 instead of avant garde .. because avant garde is making readability hard at this size while i still agree it is cool font as a look.

I only use MS PAINT.

I'd never thought of using that tool - though it'd probably work best with a graphics tablet I usually use the polygonal lasso tool

That's also a good way of cutting out but I find this easier.
