This is another of the dragons that defend Seattle's Chinatown in the International District. It is surprisingly large, uncoiled it is about 3 M long.

This dragon is just one of an entire picket line of dragons which surround Seattle's "International District".

I spoke to a representative of the Chinatown cultural association today.
These things are made out of cast resin.

I suspect that these dragons are made of enamled aluminum or painted fiberglass.
