In the alternate universe, the Daleks were created by a lady, the Mentor. As devoted to order and peace as Davros was to war and conquest, she used her creations to bring absolute harmony to her universe - by destroying or reconditioning everyone who tried to be violent.
Her second in commands are the Monitors, who oversee everything. No idea what they're supposed to look like but this is my guess.

Not really, although the backstory is somewhat similar to the kitbashed Daleks in 'Blood' (lady scientist with other Dalek faction). But there's no direct connection between that story and the Dalek Empire series and the Mentor Daleks were definitely not involved in the events on Red Rocket Rising.

They're very gorgeous. The soft colours compliment them well
I always saw them as gold almost like the Imperial daleks except softer colours.

Glad you like 'em. As I said, I must redo these once I get my Blender Daleks up and running. I seem to be planning just about every possible variation on the New Series design so one more can't hurt!
A soft gold...hmm...could work, although you wouldn't want them looking too much like the leader from Day of the Daleks. Perhaps with silver or white as the highlight colour...

Silver and white would be better as you suggested. It would give the impression of clinical daleks, perfect for the Mentor.

Yus. The Golden Emperor is fondly know to me as bubblehead cos he's ridiculous but you Paradigm Emperor makes him look awesome
