EDIT (29/12-2011): This butt ugly tutorial has recevied a much needed face lift now that I have an English version of Photoshop (which is much better than the previous Swedish one I had, since that forced me to translate everything) as well as some updates.I have now included some more facts about brush settings as well as a simple tip on how to colour your line art.
I hope that the changes will be to your liking! ^_^

Umm... I use a regular brush
I've realised that I'm more comfortable with doing all the work myself, and really enjoy making the line arts nowadays
I guess that I've learned how to make fluid, simple lines or something
So I'm afraid that I can't help you there, except recommending practice, which is what brought me where I am today

The other Photoshop versions have. Like CS or the older ones (I use 7.0 )
