Deadpool is Marvel and while he IS crazy his power is so way more unique therefore he's on the Nexus team.
Shade was from an UNDER APPRECAITED and Under rated Sonic RPG "Sonic Chronicles The Dark Brotherhood"
The best way to describe the game is "Classic RPG with a slower Elite Beat Agents minigames for the special moves." I HIGHLY recommend it.

Some that are good ideas (Mr.L, Krystal, Rayman and Megaman), some that are way too silly (Kammy, Lololo + Lalala, all of the Marvel and DC characters and Conker (because of his rude game, 'Bad Hair Day')).

All of them are from Kingdom Hearts and I've noticed that there are no Kingdom Hearts characters on there.

There is a reason I didn't include the KH is because they are all kids and most of the gaming world wants to play as the adults. Also the adults are infinitely cooler then the whiny kids.
Here is a list of suitable color schemes that representative of the characters.
Sora = Brown haired Cloud
Riku = light Blue haired Sephiroth
Ventus = Dirty blond Cloud
Aqua = Blue haired Rikku
Terra & Rydia = Green Haired Quistis (I know Terra never uses a whip, but Quistis has better magic than Terra ever had)
Roxas = Dirty Blond haired Sephiroth
Axel = Red haired Sephiroth
Xion = Black haired Rikku
