Description
I still need to make some heads, and possible some 3/4 view heads before she is completely done, but for now, I have decided to make her public.Enjoy.

Actually I got the poses from my own sketches with the hands down, and then applied every possible hand combination on them that I could come up with. I will post these in my scrapbook. Putting hands on hips and putting arms in the air is quite common in making bases and was purely by coincidence. These are same hand stances that I have been doing since I started dolling and were not taken from any one doller.
Leg stances are similar, I will admit, but there's really only so much you can do. These are SUCH common poses I see all the time. You could say I "took" these poses from hundreds of bases that have gone before me, and you would be right. I am inspired by all the things I have seen in past. To say that I "got poses" from Sabrelle implies to me that I traced or copied pixel from pixel and that is just not the case. Otherwise, you can't copyright a pose. If I see something I like that inspired me online, I'll pose in the mirror and sketch myself to make sure the balance and composition is right. Or I change it and make it my own. There have been more than one occasion where I see a base later on that looks like mine, and it was pure coincidence.
Actually the only poses that are even similar are the very first one where she has her hand on her hip which was sketched from my own previous work, and the one with her hands which are clasped together at her crotch where the legs are completely different. The clasped hands offends me though, how similar the top half is, so I am taking it down. The legs on the first one I first did with my "pixie" and "alyssa" base, I just shifted them slightly. The legs on the rest of the row are unique to me, I have never seen that combination before. The legs that start off the second row are done ALL the time, and can can hardly be copyrighted. The first person I recall doing that jutting foot would be Grim from Grim's dolls.
Dollers are often inspired by each other. For instance, Gauches popular melrose base: [link] bears striking resemblance to my previously released and established moon base: [link] or this base by B-Jony: [link] which bears a striking resemblance in features to Galadnilien's popular and long established portrait base- [link] but no where is there a rule where you have to say "inspired by", so *shrugs* we let these things go.
