how do you blend i really need to know hot blend if i'm using a hard round brush i'm really new at digital art

You need to make sure you have your tablet drivers installed with your tablet (you need a tablet to draw with pressure sensitivity). The tutorial has a picture of what your brush settings should be. Hope that helps!
