Story

Brent Carson, our protagonist’s uncle, was a particularly picky police officer, that became know in the police department as one of the most honest cops in all of New York, never making discrimination about psychics nor regular humans. This eventually made him a lot of enemies, as he started looking into a nasty case that nobody bothered to look at. As he returned home with the file a masked figure had already infiltrated his garage. Fortunately Debby was already home and fused herself with her brother, transforming into Double Trouble. Their opponents however, clearly wasn’t at his first rodeo, as his skill with the gun, showed estensive military training. Despite this, the twins were able to disarm him using their power, and this is where things started to get gross as the intruder grabbed a machete through a hole that formed on his arm. Apparently he was able to store objects inside of himself like he was a walking pocket dimension. During another hour of fighting they were able to force the intruder to leave, but he took the hero/heroes intervention personally. So a few weeks later the criminal reappeared, this time trying to use handmade turrets to shoot civilians in order to attract the twins attention, and while the hero was dealing with the turrets, he would have shot it from afar. During this difficult situation the twins learned to use their powers simultaneously, forcing the villain to retreat once again.
Toolbox never speaks and his ability are certainly not derived from a psychic powers, as said powers can only let the person alter the world around them and not themselves, so his origins are pretty much unknown, but I believe this guy could become a staple of Double trouble rouge gallery
