Description
I haven't been very active in DA for a while. The game Oblivion has taken over my life! This was something I threw together while waiting for a couple of renders to complete.

Ahhh... you too!!! The "oblivion" dark cloud is spreading, reaping victims everywhere... and it won't work on my stupid pc!!! LOL! But i manage to be terribly late on comments even without it... LOL! Anyway i like it a lot - as always you do some wonderful comic-style pic (toon-shaded was the term?
) and this beautiful dancer is no exception!!
Very cool looking, i'd like to try and dance with her, but i fear it could prove a... uhh... "sharp" experience!!
Great work!!

Wel, well, if it's not dear AnimeDoll over there!
The shader looks like Poser toon, but the edges and shadow look too good to be Poser at all.
I recently found a way to toon shade in Poser using a mix of EdgeBlend and Toon shader nodes that produces some interesting effects that don't depend so much on the lighting, but outlines are still not available.
Anyway, great job with the pose - it must be hard not to destroy the hip when in such an extreme pose. ^^

Well, I still like working with animedoll.
The problem side with the hip is hidden from the camera.
If the 3D models were perfectly smooth, the edge blend might make a good edge line, but since they're not..... Still, I've seen some pretty good results using that trick.

The ultimate trick would be to figure out a decent way to create smooth, consistent, and solid outlines in Poser.
Both 3DSMAX and Maya now ship with toon shaders that can do the job quite well, but none can import Poser scenes or materials.
I have Vue5 and it can import Poser files, but the setting Vue5's lights is yet another challenge, not to mention Vue crashes way too often...

ooooohhh, I'm pretty sure Oblivion is well beyond the capabilities of what the PS2 can handle.

Geez, there's another guy I watch who said the same thing as you - he's become Oblivionized too, less time for DA.
Have fun!!
