Description
Yet another test of the code I've been working on in my spare time to convert dynamic hair to the Povray file format. I think it is getting better, but milage may vary.I would like to reduce the diameter of the hairs and increase the density of them, but I'm not sure how much more my machine can handle.
The scene is a simple one, but I was happy with the way this turned out.

Yes thier is a fine line between getting thier and Oh shit too far while the pc grinds to a halt.
I know I've over stepped the bounderies more than once.
Like Digital said" I know how hard creating hair is and have much admiration for those who can do the job."
keep up the work.

It looks too stringy and too plastered on the head from this angle.. but I think you're really getting there I know how hard creating hair is and have much admiration for those who can do the job

Perhaps the POV is too close to the model for the hair density used here.
There is a pretty good chance this would look as you wanted if seen from a distance.
I think Poser dynamic hair was not meant to be seen from upclose, unless you have plenty of memory and loads of patience. ^^
There are not many out there trying dynamic hair out there, so I take my hat off for your effort!
