Another work in progress. This is a partial test render. This thing is taking an obscenely long time to render. At this rate, it might be done sometime next month. Povray doesn't deal well with glass and depth-of-field.....Still got some little things to clean up. (her headband, choker materials, etc...)

Poser is used for the figure work and Povray (MegaPov) for the rendering. I use Poseray to convert the Poser files over to Povray. Sometimes I use 3DSMax to creat objects for the scene.
Povray is not the fastest, but it is capable of some amazing things if you work at it.

The smile looks great and if you're saying it's taking long to render that's scary.
I love glass in 3d but it's hard to get just the right balance of light

Yeah, my max_trace_level setting was way to high. I'm also playing with some other parameters to see if I can speed it up....
