Just another teaser. I'm not finished yet.
This is a character inspired by the silver armored Viera in Final Fantasy XII. This one is named Vein.
My first conforming figure modeling is coming along. Things are progressing forward. I think I am going to have to do some work yet on the toe claws and shoes. I'm not so happy with the hair texture either. The base figure is Aiko3. (Yes.. that's Aiko...)
The leg/arm bracers, ring shaped ornaments, and toe claws where modeled in 3DSMax5.0. The ears are modified "bucky chucky' rabit ears. The remaining pieces come from various other outfits.

though that.. her "armor" (if she's spoused to fight anyways) Is not realley good.. there are ALOT of gaps between the armor pieces! But I liked the Necklaces! ^^

I just love your 3D art. I mean.. These are all so gorgeous (in general), and they look like they took some time to make, plus the Viera look like they were pulled directly out of FF!

this is very nice o.o. seeing as i haven't a clue how to do any of this, or how you got the skin to look so real..or how you can get such real looking anatomy...-_-...i wish i knew how to do this! haha
i love her pose, how the clothing and armor looks, and though the ears and hair need a lil more work, the body is amazing o.o!
is it very hard to do/get into this kind of thing?

Aha: Here she still has five toes!
Your faces, your poses, your fingernails; your sense of color and silk-- I just can't get enough of them! But three toes leaves a bit too much space between the toes, don't you think?
Have you tried presenting them with four?

Four? All the refernce pictures I have of Viera always show them with three widely spaced, clawed, toes.

I got the special edition of the FFXII game and the bonus CD is loaded with concept art for the Viera race. It made a really nice reference.
