“The 19th day is special in its own right, as it begins the first unique species of Estea. An Alien race to be specific, The Scourge.”

“You may be wondering if this counts because of its Alien nature. I rival you for the fact that the species simply appeared here and stayed. It now lives and utilizes some of the aspects of Estea, thus it counts. Very very little is known about The Scourge, with some of the information known being obvious, small, or simply theories. In spite of this, I’ll still try to give as much information as possible here, especially after recent events.”
“The Scourge is a semi telekinetic creature. Bulky yet slender in build, with the body made of some ephemeral material still unknown. Their main feature, their crystal, is full of energy. The Scourge has no recorded lifespan, and their average recorded height being 6 feet and 5 inches or 1.96 meters. The Scourge has some passive abilities, one of which is floating above the ground. The other being regeneration, as the body heals itself from the crystal as its head. Regarding the crystal, it has the ability to shoot and conduct energy cosmic in nature, in which it can expel with frightening accuracy and intensity. Additionally energy the crystal conducts is more effectively expelled through the unique and confusing hands that The Scourge have. It could come directly from the crystal in a pinch but it’s less efficient. The hands Scourge have are abnormal in perception and nature, as the fingers, if one could call it that, are randomized in number for each hand and are in near constant movement. To of course, maximize how unnerving it is already. They do have minor shape shifting abilities, but it isn’t used in practice often. However their marking of targets is, and is why The Scourge must be approached with extreme caution. Their marks they place act similar to pheromones that some species of insects have, like bees and wasps. This mark attracts other Scourge to attack the marked creature in a disturbingly quick manner.”
“Theories are what’s left when regarding its social behavior, more so, its purpose here as well. The common idea is that The Scourge functions in the form of a hive mind. With their leader, be referred to as The Queen, however any physical presence of said entity here is unknown. Their nature is observed to be hostile, however they do not hunt for food, but they sap resources for an unknown reason, perhaps this greater queen spoken of before. Compounded with their ability to create portals, this idea holds weight. However, my personal theory is that they are invaders yes, but their arrival here was not by fate nor choice of our own, but rather a deliberate whim of a higher power, an Eternal if you will. Ancient texts already implied that this act and morals behind it are possible, thus a creature so different in style could only have come from a different dimension entirely. I’m currently researching a possible name for this Eternal of question, currently I’ve come up with Tavanan Vitriol or the Eternal of Abnormality.”
