Ralph: You know I can't help but feel this is my fault.Spyro:I'm just here because Activision is interested in making a Skylanders film.
Ratchet:What!? Spyro is here? Oh man this is gonna be awkward.
Sly:How in the world are YOU getting a movie?
Steve: Don't start, I don't understand it either.
Beck: My game isn't even out yet and they've announced that I'm getting a TV SERIES!!!
Pac-Man: Well at least you didn't have to get a cruddy redesign like me.
Sonic: Yeah sucks to be you. At least you got into Smash this time.
Rabbid: bah bah bah

So yeah I noticed that video game movies and cartoons are starting to pop up all over the place. Wreck it Ralph comes out and suddenly everyone thinks video game movies are cool again.
I was going to make a comic strip out of this but I decided it would be too much of a cluster-fuck if I did. Sorry for those of you who wanted me to put in Pokemon:That TV show has been out for over a decade it doesn't count. Same goes for Halo, that's a web series, we're only dealing with TV and Movies here. Oh yeah and Space Invaders is getting a movie too for some reason.
And don't expect me to do anymore Ratchet and Clank, Sky Cooper, or Minecraft art after this. I've never or barely even played those games so there's not much for me to do with those.

I think they were legitimately trying to make a Ratchet & Clank animated movie and a Sly Cooper animated movie, and Wreck-It Ralph simply gave them the confidence to finally do it.

Hope Spyro gets some leading role in that movie or series, at the least.

Wreck it Ralph was not a bad movie. Maybe the industry has learned how to do movies with videogame characters (I don't think they'll repeat mistakes like Mario Bros or Doom), the same happened with superheroes. Calamities like Ghost Rider or Batman and Robin were harmful but the success of Christopher Nolan's Batman and The Avengers has changed everything.

I'm super excited for Sonic Boom and Mighty No. 9. The Pac-Man cartoon was full of cute expressions, but it was an EXTREMELY goofy cartoon. XD

Well, I haven't seen that Packman cartoon, I have zero interest in Minecraft, and the other movies and cartoons haven't come out so I probably shouldn't judge. I understand any mixed feelings people have. I lost sight of Pokémon since it doesn't know when to stop and I wish that the Legend of Spyro was still around in game and movie form. But we should probably give some of this stuff a chance. Boom obviously won't follow the main game storylines, but it looks interesting and I'm hoping that the other stuff follow though. And in Ratchet's case, improve certain things. After checking his orphan backstory, I really think the first game should've had a moment where Ratchet reveals that he's mostly been focused on finding his purpose, past, and people in the universe to the point he disregards others problems.

Some video game movies and TV-series are good, I liked Sonic X for example (expect for Chris, I just hate that guy) but there's a Mario movie (don't remember it's name) which is just...horrible xD

Oh well, the Sly movie and sonic boom look good. As for mighty no.9, meh i think it'll be good to get younger fans i guess. Minecraft i forgot was even getting anything.. to be honest it DOESN'T surprise me, rachet is new news to me.. and pacman i honestly have no opinion since i never watched all i know is they made him a kid or something.
I think it's good that this is happening since well, i feel like game adaptations can be done SOOOO much better now days then... basically every other video game movie based on a framchise. Though i think Wralph MIGHT have had some part in it. The other two i think are 1. the highets games have gotten in modern media and 2. the fact games have become a story telling medium of there own.
