Again, I must explain that the title refers to the main villain of this comic being Eric Sacks.

We see the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Venus de Milo) take out a thug trying to steal a thumb drive containing the addresses of several top scientists. The Turtles are incredulous that Bebop and Rocksteady hired the man, but the two mutant brutes then reveal that they have been injected with an intelligence serum by Baxter Stockman.

After the ensuing battle, Krang yells at Baxter for creating a faulty intelligence serum that wore off when Rocksteady and Bebop were hit on their heads, while the Shredder scolds his two mutant goons for once again fouling up their mission.
