Haha, thanks! Yeah I use tablet, though this was done with mouse. And to answer your questions: I use Cintiq 24HD and program is Flash MX (that you can get for free and legally, here's how: link ). I don't recommend getting a Cintiq (at least for your first tablet) since those are very expensive, I've heard nice things about Intuos4-5 and animator Bahi JD have used both (example of his works: link link ), you can go ask people that who you know uses these kind of tablets for their opinions, but remember, it all comes down to practice! ^^

Good thing you've done your research and that tablet seems good, very good in fact when you look that price haha! I've used that kind of tablet (it was Wacom Bamboo Fun if my memory serves me right) when I first started, it can feel weird to use at first, but after some time it starts to feel very natural ^^
